Eliana - four and almost a half

Eliana is our little princess. She loves to wear dresses, play with barbies, color pictures of princesses, and pretend that she is a princess with Lilah. She also likes to wrestle with Ambrose and Daddy. She likes to help in the kitchen but her favorite jobs are outside with Daddy - painting, gardening, digging, fixing, drilling, sanding. She loves playing with other kids and had a wonderful time with her cousins in Australia. We miss them!

Lilah Belly: Two and a half and a bit

Our Lilah Belle is one of a kind. Beautiful, feisty, passionate, friendly, shy, quiet, loud and boisterous, talkative and cheeky. Watching her waddle/dance type run brings joy and hearing her hearty, bubbly laugh, cheers the soul. She comes up with funny jokes, loves to play with/torment her sister, cuddle, wrestle, help in the kitchen, have "deep and meaningfuls ' (really just her monologues) and lie down quietly with her blanket.

Ambrose at ten months

No more chill baby for me… I have now nicknamed Ambrose "The Destroyer" :) Yesterday he ripped a cover off one of my favorite kids books, broke a glass candle, ate some of the girls' preschool work, and cleared everything off a shelf - all before lunch :). I don't know if it's a third child thing or just him.

Ambrose is a gorgeous go getter. He started waving and saying "bye, bye" at 9 months while we were in Australia. He is now saying 'dada', 'mama', and things that sound like 'Eliana' and 'Ambrose'. He shakes his head for "no" when he's near something he's not aloud to touch (not that that stops him). When I point at him and tell him I love him, he smiles and points back.

Some of his favorite activities, when he's not destroying, are - getting into anything the girls are trying to play with, taste testing all accessible objects, playing peek-a-boo, shutting doors, grabbing me when I'm still, getting smothered with kisses, and talking to whoever will listen.

We love you Brosey  - and we thank the Lord we get to watch you blossom.
